Run as far the wind can take you!

Alright you may have many reasons to start running but I’m sure even if you don’t have any reason to be in the top 3 for that 21km marathon race, your aim is to keep yourself fit and build endurance. Endurance is something that comes with time. Consistency is key and to improve endurance, you really need to bump up your training i.e increase running distance each time.

Running can be a very liberating and fun thing to do. I personally run to keep myself relaxed and rejuvenate my mind again. It is really surprising to see that after a half hour period of running, ideas can just come into my head.

Yes, there are many physical, mental and emotional benefits to running but right here on this site, I’ll show you what it takes to run. So let’s start with some videos here and we will move on to some other articles.
